1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
- Account data such as name, company, email or phone number and encrypted credential records.
- Enquiry data such as project context, contact details and source page.
- Consent records showing the choices, time and channel associated with registration or messages.
- Technical events such as page path, referrer, device signals and a truncated, hashed network identifier.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, respond to enquiries, assess potential projects, deliver requested materials, protect the service, understand aggregate usage and comply with legal obligations. Optional communications are sent only according to your recorded choice and may be withdrawn.
3. Legal grounds and choice
Depending on your location, processing may rely on performing a requested service, our legitimate interests in running a secure studio, legal obligations or your consent. Where consent applies, refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not affect core account access.
4. OneHub service provider
Account, enquiry, content and subscription operations are supported by the OneHub backend selected for this site through a site-context header. Account identity can be shared across other services powered by OneHub, while business records retain their source-site context. We do not place API keys or administrator credentials in browser code.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers and professional partners that need it to perform a defined task, with an organization you represent, during a legitimate corporate transaction, or where law requires. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual records, security and legal obligations. Session tokens are stored by the backend as hashes and, on this site, held in an HttpOnly cookie. No security measure is absolute, but access and data flow are limited by role and purpose.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, object to certain uses or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
- To change optional communications, use the unsubscribe method provided or contact us.
- To request account or enquiry data action, email privacy@sevenadst.com.
- Include enough context for us to locate the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
8. International processing and updates
Our work and providers may involve processing in more than one country. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply to transfers. We may update this Policy to reflect service or legal changes and will identify the current version by its date.
